Odum Fusion launches a refreshed lunch menu in Luxembourg City

If you have not been to Odum for lunch in a while, it might be time to change that. The restaurant has recently introduced a new lunch menu with more flexibility, more choice and, most importantly, more reasons to skip the à la carte.

One of the biggest improvements is the wider selection of main courses, including vegetarian options. You can choose between a lighter lunch or a full menu, making it suitable whether you are looking for a quick business lunch or a more relaxed midday break.

We started with two versions of the Akaras: the classic served with hibiscus mayonnaise and the shrimp version paired with a delicious mango and tamarind sauce. Both were crispy on the outside, fluffy inside and packed with flavour.

For the mains, we tried the Odum Salad, combining chicken, avocado, mango and fresh vegetables for a colourful and satisfying dish, as well as the Suya with Jollof Rice. If you have followed me for a while, you probably already know my opinion: the suya remains my favourite dish at Odum. Tender, beautifully seasoned and full of character, it is the one item I would order again without even looking at the menu.

The experience would not be complete without exploring the cocktail list. Whether you are craving a perfectly executed classic or feel like discovering one of Odum’s African-inspired creations, you really cannot go wrong. They are the kind of cocktails that can easily turn a quick lunch into an afternoon you do not want to end.

Finally, dessert. We shared the Puff Puff, because apparently saying “I’m full” simply does not apply when these are on the table. Light, fluffy and the perfect sweet ending to the meal.

With this refreshed lunch offer, Odum has become an even more attractive destination for anyone looking to enjoy something different in Luxembourg City. Great flavours, generous choice, excellent cocktails and a menu that offers fantastic value make it well worth adding to your lunch list. I already know I will be back.
